Climate Heating & Cooling is a full Service design build Mechanical Contractor with in house Engineering and CAD designers. We do our own DDC controls, Sheet Metal, Plumbing, HVAC service and maintenance agreements. Our work is mostly Commercial, Industrial, and High end residential. We specialize in Geothermal Heat pumps (closed and open loop systems) for our residential and commercial customers.
Our company has nearly 50 employees including a full
time engineering group, HVAC and plumbing installers, startup crews and
24 hour service technicians. We have the capability and capacity to
staff jobs from small residential to large commercial installations,
both geothermal and conventional.
Our company personnel have worked on
over 60 geothermal installations over the past 25 years.
85% of the people at Climate have been working together for ten years or better. It is rare that anyone in the Core group ever leaves because we are so family oriented.
